Sub optimal to say the least, Mediocre to say the best. 1. Waited 1/2 hour before advisor #1 "wrote me up", claiming they were shorthanded. 2. Advertised price "Summer Specials" via E-mail from Chevrolet of Carson (which brought me in the dealership) for LOF was not honored at first until I insisted, then hand-written over printed amount on a signed copy of paperwork . I was told by advisor #2 that advisor #1 went to lunch. Advisor #2 said that he would text Advisor #1 to let him know my car was ready and customer waiting. After waiting some more, I decided to ask Advisor #2 if my car could be released. He reluctantly walked over advisor #1's desk and retrieved my paperwork, then took it to the cashier. 4. Cashier very cold/rude and uninterested in my plight, insisted I pay full price, instead of advertised agreed price with advisor #1. Suggested I wait for advisor #1 to return from lunch. 5. Although I made appointment for 10:00 AM and arrived on time, I didn't leave the dealership until 12:10 PM. 6. I was charged $64 plus $4.52 in MISC fees (for what?) more than the $59.95 advertised price and an additional $2.06 for non-cash payment for a total of $70.58! Who in hell pays cash for car repairs that can be in the thousands of dollars?

Once I got there I was greeted immediately. I was welcomed in the office. we discussed what needed to be done. Overall I was pleased.

My experience was fine. However, I was a little disappointed that the items listed on my appt request was not addressed during my visit. Maybe it was my fault for not making it clear, but I was expecting to find out why my car was leaking fluid and what the sound was coming from in order to make arrangement to fix. Instead, I got a call for some expensive tires. My appt reason was overlooked and if this is not what your staff use for appts, then it should not be an option. I also selected a service and was it was too soon. Again, why is the option popping up. I also had a $200 rebate listed, but it was not honored or explained. Because I was rushing, I didn't realize these things were overlooked until after.
