I was told my transmission was serviced. Turns out it was never worked on & I was charged $500.

My experience at the dealership was horrible. They had my car for 6 or 7 weeks due to transmission slipping and other issues which I told the service department about during my previous visit which was 2 days before this incident with my vehicle, they failed to listen to my complaints about my vehicle until the issue worsened, they didn’t really want to give me a rental car so I was stressing and losing hours of work and sleep and it was poor communication between me and my advisor about the process of my vehicle being worked on and when it will be finished. This was the most stressful and horrible experience I had to deal with in any service department

The service advisor Lisa was no help I called multiple times and she stated she would call me back and did not. I asked for an explanation and was super rude when responding

My experience was fine. However, I was a little disappointed that the items listed on my appt request was not addressed during my visit. Maybe it was my fault for not making it clear, but I was expecting to find out why my car was leaking fluid and what the sound was coming from in order to make arrangement to fix. Instead, I got a call for some expensive tires. My appt reason was overlooked and if this is not what your staff use for appts, then it should not be an option. I also selected a service and was it was too soon. Again, why is the option popping up. I also had a $200 rebate listed, but it was not honored or explained. Because I was rushing, I didn't realize these things were overlooked until after.

Came in for a Minor Service Special for $89.99 Brake Inspection includes and didn’t get that. Got a regular oil change for a total of about $98
